AJ Margulis, of Deborah Leamann Interiors receives ASID 2010 Design Excellence Award.
American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) NJ Chapter annual Design Excellence Awards has announced AJ Margulis, senior designer of Deborah Leamann Interiors, 250 South Main Street, Pennington, N.J., winner of the Silver Award for residential property over 5,000 square feet. In a statement from AJ, she remarked, “I am honored to have been selected amongst my colleagues for this award”.
AJ submitted her project, a 17,000 square foot Georgian Colonial style home that her client had purchased new. The criteria was to take the house and design a “Forever Home” for a young family of six. Layouts, furnishings, antique reproduction rugs & custom cabinetry were all provided to create a “turn key” move all within six months.
